And behind every great technology, there’s great organization.\nWe’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our HR team and support hiring across different functions within the company.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone with initial recruitment experience who wants to grow into an independent recruiter. You’ll work closely with experienced HR colleagues and hiring managers, gain exposure to a wide range of roles, and gradually take ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nManage recruitment processes for assigned roles, from job posting through the offer stage\n\nReview applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews\n\nSource potential candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels\n\nCoordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment statuses in the ATS\n\nWork closely with hiring managers to understand current hiring needs and support candidate selection\n\nCollaborate with the HR team across ongoing recruitment activities and gradually take on greater ownership as you develop in the role\n\nWHAT WE EXPECT\nSome initial experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR; relevant internship or student experience is also welcome\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nA proactive, reliable, and responsible approach to work\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and recruitment processes simultaneously\n\nInterest in candidate sourcing and learning different recruitment approaches\n\nGood working proficiency in English\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nRelevant university degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Economics, or a related field\n\nExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS, or other recruitment tools\n\nWHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE\nOur office is a drone testing playground, and every day starts with an idea no one has tried before.
