And behind every great technology, there’s great organization.\nWe’re looking for a Junior/Mid QA Engineer to join our quality team and ensure that our hardware assembly, manufacturing processes, and final products meet the highest industry standards.\nIn this role, you’ll focus on production quality, process auditing, and continuous improvement. Because we develop and manufacture our complex hardware products in-house, you’ll work directly on the shop floor alongside assembly and technical teams, driving root-cause analysis and turning quality data into actionable improvements.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nMonitor production quality and failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize rework and scrap\n\nConduct process audits, incoming inspections, and ensure strict compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements\n\nHandle NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and customer complaints, defining preventive actions to avoid recurrence\n\nManage QA/QC documentation and track key production KPIs using statistical data, photos, and measurement protocols\n\nCoordinate QC team activities and conduct quality-related training for production employees\n\nCollaborate closely with assembly, technical, and engineering teams to ensure continuous process and product improvements\n\nWHAT WE EXPECT\nTechnical background (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree / high school diploma)\n\n2+ years of hands-on experience in quality assurance or quality control within a technical/manufacturing environment\n\nPractical experience with basic QMS tools and familiarity with Quality Standards (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)\n\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset\n\nExcellent organizational and communication skills with a strong team-player attitude\n\nAdvanced proficiency in standard PC tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, ERP systems)\n\nConfident working proficiency in English (both written and spoken)\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nRelevant quality certifications (e.g., Internal Auditor, Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, or similar)\n\nWHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE \nOur office is a drone testing playground, and every day starts with an idea no one has tried before.
