And behind every great technology, there’s great organization.\nWe're looking for a Mid/Senior PCB Hardware Engineer to help design the electronic foundations behind Orqa's next generation of drones, FPV systems, video transmission technologies, and remote controllers.\nIn this role, you'll take ownership of complex electronic designs from schematic capture through PCB layout, prototyping, testing, and production. Because we develop and manufacture our products in-house, you'll have the opportunity to see your designs evolve from concept to real-world deployment, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams every step of the way.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nDevelop complex schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts for advanced electronic systems\n\nDesign, prototype, test, and debug hardware throughout the product development lifecycle\n\nDesign for signal integrity, power integrity, thermal performance, and manufacturability\n\nSupport EMI/EMC compliance and regulatory requirements\n\nCollaborate with hardware, embedded, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to integrate electronics into complete products\n\nPerform hardware validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis\n\nDrive continuous design improvements and support production readiness activities\n\nWHAT WE EXPECT\n3+ years of professional experience in electronic hardware design\n\nHands-on experience with professional PCB design tools (e.g. Altium Designer, KiCad, or similar)\n\nStrong understanding of digital and analog circuit design principles\n\nExperience with multi-layer PCB design, routing, and hardware debugging\n\nFamiliarity with power electronics and embedded hardware systems\n\nHands-on mentality, including soldering, prototyping, and laboratory testing\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\n\nProfessional working proficiency in English\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience with high-speed digital interfaces such as PCIe, MIPI, LVDS, or USB 3.0\n\nExperience with RF design and wireless communication systems\n\nFamiliarity with FPGA or embedded systems architectures\n\nExperience working in aerospace, defense, drone, robotics, or other high-reliability industries\n\nPassion for FPV drones, aviation, or emerging technologies\n\nWHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE\nOur office is a drone testing playground, and every day starts with an idea no one has tried before.
