And behind every great technology, there’s great organization.\nWe're looking for a Process Engineer - Drone Manufacturing to develop, implement, and improve the manufacturing and assembly processes behind our electronic drone components and complete drone platforms.\nYou'll bridge product development and day-to-day manufacturing, translating engineering requirements into reliable and scalable production processes while working closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Test teams.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nDevelop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing and assembly processes for drone electronics, subsystems, and complete drone platforms\n\nTranslate product requirements, drawings, and engineering data into reliable and scalable manufacturing methods\n\nReview product designs for manufacturability and assembly (DFM/DFA) and recommend improvements\n\nDefine production processes, tooling, fixtures, equipment, work instructions, inspection points, and testing requirements\n\nSupport prototype builds, New Product Introduction (NPI), production transfer, ramp-up, and implementation of product and process changes\n\nDevelop and improve in-process inspection, functional testing, end-of-line testing, and process validation activities\n\nInvestigate production and process issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions\n\nImprove process capability, yield, cycle time, quality, efficiency, and scalability through standardization, automation, waste reduction, and continuous improvement\n\nWHAT WE EXPECT\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field\n\nProfessional experience in process, manufacturing, production, industrial engineering, or a closely related technical role\n\nHands-on knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes for electronic, electromechanical, or mechanically integrated products\n\nKnowledge of electronic manufacturing processes, including PCB assembly, soldering, ESD control, component handling, and functional testing\n\nExperience developing, documenting, implementing, and improving manufacturing or assembly processes\n\nAbility to work with technical drawings, specifications, BOMs, work instructions, process documentation, and engineering changes\n\nExperience with structured problem-solving, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, process validation, and continuous improvement\n\nStrong analytical, cross-functional communication, and English language skills\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience with PCBAs, ESCs, flight controllers, batteries, propulsion systems, or complete drone assembly\n\nExperience with NPI, prototype builds, production transfer, or production ramp-up\n\nKnowledge of DFM/DFA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process-improvement methodologies\n\nFamiliarity with manufacturing systems, automation, CAD, or test and data-acquisition tools\n\nWHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE\nOur office is a drone testing playground, and every day starts with an idea no one has tried before.
