And behind every great technology, there’s great organization.\nWe're looking for an RF Antenna Engineer to join our RF/Skunkworks team and help develop the communication systems behind reliable long-range control and data transmission for advanced robotic platforms.\nIn this role, you'll design, simulate, prototype, and optimize antenna systems across a wide range of frequencies, working closely with hardware, RF, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to bring innovative communication technologies from concept to production.\nIf you're passionate about RF engineering, antenna design, and solving complex wireless communication challenges, we'd love to hear from you.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nCollaborate with hardware, mechanical, airframe, and production teams to translate requirements into production-ready systems\n\nDesign, develop, and optimize single-band, multi-band, and antenna array solutions across frequencies ranging from hundreds of MHz to tens of GHz\n\nSimulate and analyze antenna designs using industry-standard RF tools such as CST Studio, Ansys HFSS, or Keysight ADS\n\nPrototype, test, and validate antenna designs to ensure performance, reliability, and manufacturability\n\nWork closely with mechanical teams on antenna integration and tooling for mass production\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, simulation results, and validation reports\n\nWHAT WE EXPECT\nBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related field\n\n2+ years of professional experience in antenna design and development\n\nProficiency with RF simulation tools such as CST Studio, HFSS, ADS, or similar\n\nExperience using RF measurement equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), and related laboratory instruments\n\nStrong understanding of antenna fundamentals, RF propagation, and wireless communication principles\n\nHands-on engineering mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility and willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nExperience with antenna arrays, beamforming, or advanced RF systems\n\nExperience working on UAV, drone, aerospace, robotics, or defense-related technologies\n\nFamiliarity with radar systems and radar-related technologies\n\nInterest in FPV drones and emerging robotics technologies\n\nWHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE\nOur office is a drone testing playground, and every day starts with an idea no one has tried before.
