Operating independently at our headquarters in Osijek, you will facilitate Scrum workflows, clear technical blockers, and mentor team members to ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performance software.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nOversee development of key Unity modules to ensure milestones are met on time and aligned with project goals\n\nEstablish C# architecture standards, oversee system design, and guide technical decision-making in Unity\n\nDirect integrations for backend APIs, web protocols, database interactions, and live ops platforms like PlayFab\n\nOwn the multi-platform Unity build pipeline, CI/CD automation, and deployment strategies across target platforms\n\nRun agile development processes, facilitating Scrum workflows, clearing technical blockers for the team, and coordinating day-to-day execution\n\nGuide team and operations by mentoring team members, overseeing technical documentation standards, and managing internal knowledge bases\n\nWHAT WE EXPECT\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience leading and delivering Unity projects\n\nExpert-level proficiency in C# and Unity architecture\n\nExtensive experience working with APIs, complex server communication, web protocols, and database interactions\n\nSolid familiarity with live game operations platforms (e.g., PlayFab)\n\nDeep understanding of the Unity build pipeline, CI/CD automation, and multi-platform deployment\n\nProven ability to document complex codebases, system architectures, and development procedures clearly\n\nDemonstrated leadership capability and a strong willingness to take ownership of key project modules\n\nWHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE\nOur office is a drone testing playground, and every day starts with an idea no one has tried before.
