And behind every great technology, there’s great organization.\nWe’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design strategy for our digital products.\nIn this role, you’ll bridge user research, business strategy, and high-fidelity visual design to build intuitive, scalable, and engaging web and mobile experiences across the Orqa ecosystem. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a cross-functional squad, you won't just design how our products look-you’ll actively shape product strategy and help define what we build.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nOwn the end-to-end design process for product initiatives-from discovery and user flows to polished UI and final implementation\n\nHelp define, build, and scale our design system foundations, creating scalable components and interaction principles that ensure visual consistency across the Orqa ecosystem\n\nDesign intuitive, high-quality experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to prototype interactions and streamline implementation quality\n\nUse user insights, product analytics, and rapid experimentation to inform design decisions and simplify complex product problems\n\nRaise the quality bar through strong visual craft, interaction design, and meticulous attention to typography, spacing, and motion\n\nContribute directly to overall product strategy and mentor other designers through feedback, design reviews, and collaboration\n\nWHAT WE EXPECT\n5+ years of experience designing digital products in fast-moving product companies, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing excellent UX thinking and visual execution\n\nDeep expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, interactive prototyping, and design systems)\n\nProven experience building, evolving, or scaling design systems in close collaboration with engineering teams\n\nStrong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, systems-thinking, and mobile-first product design\n\nHigh standards for interface details, visual craft, and the ability to turn complex technical challenges into intuitive user experiences\n\nConfidence in communicating design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders in iterative product environments\n\nFull fluency in English (both written and spoken)\n\nNICE TO HAVE\nFamiliarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles\n\nBasic understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, React) and implementation constraints\n\nExperience with product analytics, A/B testing, or data-informed product design\n\nA passion for tech, FPV drones, robotics, or complex hardware-software ecosystems\n\nWHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE \nOur office is a drone testing playground, and every day starts with an idea no one has tried before.
