We bring together engineers, creators, and innovators who push the boundaries of what's possible - from cutting-edge FPV systems to advanced Remote Reality solutions, and toward the next generation of robotics.\nWe're looking for a Test Engineer - RF Systems to join our Skunkworks team and help develop, maintain, and improve testing solutions for our RF-related products.\nYou'll work closely with Engineering and Production, ensuring products are designed with testability in mind, developing test scripts during product development, and continuously improving testing efficiency and reliability.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nWork closely with the Skunkworks Engineering team to ensure RF products are testable throughout development.\n\nDevelop and maintain test systems and scripts using MMAS or other testing solutions.\n\nPrepare and deliver test scripts and related documentation as part of the product's Masters folder for production readiness.\n\nAct as a bridge between Engineering and Production, supporting the transfer of test solutions into manufacturing.\n\nOptimize test algorithms to reduce execution time and improve test repeatability.\n\nCollect, track, and analyze test times and production yield data for RF-related products, identifying opportunities for improvement.\n\nPropose and, where applicable, implement changes to embedded C/C++ code to streamline test execution.\n\nWHAT WE EXPECT\nGood understanding of C/C++ programming in embedded systems, particularly STM32-based platforms.\n\nGood understanding of C# and the .NET development environment.\n\nMotivation to learn and develop new technical skills.\n\nA proactive approach to technical challenges and continuous improvement.\n\nWHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE\nOur office is a drone testing playground, and every day starts with an idea no one has tried before.
