Working closely with the FP&A Manager and cross functional stakeholders, it ensures financial accuracy, transparency, and meaningful insight across the organisation. The position plays a key role in helping leaders understand performance drivers and where to focus to improve results:\nBudgeting and Forecasting\nSupport the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts\n\nPerform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities\n\nProvide clear and practical insights to support informed business decisions\n\nMonth End Responsibilities\nAssist with the month end close process by coordinating with departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data\n\nSupport the FP&A Manager to maintain accuracy and integrity throughout the close cycle\n\nPrepare month end reports for management, highlighting key metrics and variances against budget\n\nReporting and Business Partnering\nAssist with weekly revenue reporting\n\nSupport the preparation of monthly business review presentations\n\nContribute to the development of Gross Margin dashboards\n\nPartner with cross functional teams to provide structured analysis and communicate key performance drivers\n\nAssist with the development of internal reporting to improve efficiency and visibility\n\nProvide insight into profitability by product, region, or customer segment\n\nAd Hoc Analysis\nSupport strategic initiatives and operational improvements through detailed financial analysis as required\nWhat You’ll Bring\nThe Essentials\n4+ years’ experience in a Management Accountant, Finance Analyst, or Finance Business Partner role\n\nAdvanced Excel skills\n\nBachelor's degree in finance or accounting\n\nStrong stakeholder communication skills\n\nExperience working in a Managed Services Provider or similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment\n\nBonus Points\nCPA qualification\n\nAustralian accounting standards knowledge\n\nBusiness Central experience\n\nEven if you don’t tick every box, don’t let that hold you back.
