The team will move to a rotating 24x7 roster as it grows\n\nFull onboarding, coaching, and hands-on training across leading security platforms\n\nClear progression pathway from L1 to L2 with mentorship and upskilling\n\nHands-on experience with leading platforms including Cisco, Zscaler, Check Point and Fortinet, plus exposure to infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible\n\nWork closely with customers, Level 2 and 3 engineers and network security architects\n\nA supportive team that backs your growth, not just your tickets!\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nMonitor alerts across customer firewall and SSE environments, triaging issues and responding within agreed SLAs\n\nTroubleshoot connectivity and access issues across TCP/IP, DNS, routing and ports, identifying whether the cause is network, policy or application\n\nReview firewall and Zscaler logs to confirm whether traffic is permitted or blocked\n\nFollow runbooks and manage tickets through to resolution or escalation, with clear and complete documentation\n\nEscalate to Level 2 engineers promptly when issues go beyond Level 1 scope\n\nBuild your capability across firewall, SSE and automation, working towards Level 2\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nThe Essentials\nAt least 2 years’ hands-on experience in network security or network operations, supporting production environments\n\nExperience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP), supporting multiple external clients under SLA\n\nSolid network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, ports and structured troubleshooting\n\nExperience monitoring alerts, triaging issues, following runbooks, and documenting and escalating clearly\n\nBasic operational experience with either enterprise firewalls or SSE platforms. Experience across both is preferred, but not mandatory\n\nStrong written and verbal English, able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nWillingness to work a rotating 24x7 shift pattern, including nights, weekends and public holidays, as the team grows\n\nBonus Points\nExposure to Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA)\n\nExposure to Cisco FTD and/or Check Point\n\nExperience with Netskope, Cisco SSE, Fortinet or Palo Alto\n\nWireshark, VPN basics, or Terraform/Ansible\n\nITSM tools and ITIL-based change management\n\nEven if you don’t tick every box, don’t let that hold you back.
