As part of our 24/7 operational setup, you’ll also join an on-duty rotation for one week each month, giving you the opportunity to take ownership when it matters most and help keep our assets running safely and reliably around the clock.\n\n**Welcome to OT Guard & Service Management\n\n**You’ll be part of OT Guard & Service Management where you, together with your colleagues, will support offshore and onshore assets by ensuring stable, secure, and compliant OT and SCADA operations across regions and time zones. You’ll collaborate closely with control rooms, cybersecurity, engineering teams, and suppliers to manage incidents and maintain high operational standards.\n\nAs a team, we we collaborate closely, act with integrity, and share knowledge openly to deliver safe, resilient, and high‑performing operations, even in high‑pressure situations.\n\n**You’ll play an important role in:\n\n**\n\nmonitoring OT system health, security events, and operational alerts across wind assets, substations, and onshore facilities\n\ntriaging and responding to OT and SCADA incidents in close coordination with control room, cybersecurity, and engineering teams\n\nperforming root cause analysis and documenting preventive actions to reduce repeat incidents\n\nconducting remote diagnostics and coordinating field or supplier interventions when required\n\nmaintaining accurate incident records, handovers, and runbooks to support 24/7 operations\n\ncontributing to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen system resilience, supplier performance, and operational standards.\n\n**To succeed in the role, you:\n\n**\n\nhave experience working with OT or SCADA systems in critical infrastructure environments, or equivalent experience\n\nunderstand industrial control system architectures and protocols, such as IEC 60870‑5‑104, Modbus/TCP, DNP3, OPC UA, or equivalent experience\n\nare confident troubleshooting networks, operating systems, and system integrations in complex OT landscapes\n\ncommunicate clearly and collaborate effectively across disciplines, regions, and suppliers\n\nremain structured and calm when handling incidents in changing operational conditions\n\nhold a degree in engineering, automation, computer science, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.\n\nMaybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer.
