You’ll play a key role in managing vendor invoices, resolving discrepancies, and implementing best practices to optimise the account payable processes.\nWelcome to Business Services\n You’ll be part of Financial Services Kuala Lumpur where you, together with your colleagues, will support the P2P invoices process and financial services support on a global scale.\nAs a team, we strive to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.\nYou’ll play an important role in:\nensuring timely, high-quality delivery of invoice processing services\nensuring financial documents and invoice workflows are accurate, compliant with organisational policies and internal controls, and effectively coordinated with requestors, vendors, and relevant business units\nserving as the primary point of contact and providing timely, professional support for internal and external accounts payable inquiries\nresolving discrepancies by working closely with vendors and internal departments\nattending and solving issues raised in ServiceNow and providing effective solutions\nsupporting continuous process improvement, assisting team members in daily execution, and monitoring service delivery against service level agreements.\nTo succeed in the role, you:\nhave a degree in finance, accounting, or related field\nhave good understanding of the P2P process, specially within APAC, US, and Europe\nhave a few years of experience working in a global shared services centre, specifically within P2P invoice operations\nhands on experience with SAP systems and KOFAX is required.\nhave strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.\nhave an analytical and logical approach to issues with the ability to handle different complexity of issues professionally\nare detail oriented with strong time management, ownership, and accountability.\nMaybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points.
