You’ll work closely with the Transmission Manager, Planning and Scheduling, Technical Planners, Operations, Engineering, and Logistics to coordinate safe and effective execution.\nAs a team, we care for one another, share our technical knowledge, and work together to solve operational challenges. We never compromise on safety, and we support everyone to develop their skills.\nYou’ll play an important role in:\nleading and coordinating planned, corrective, troubleshooting, and campaign activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards \nsupervising, coaching, and providing technical guidance to technicians, specialists, and contractors, while supporting competence development and knowledge sharing \ncoordinating personnel, offshore logistics, tools, equipment, materials, and work-pack readiness in collaboration with the Transmission Manager and relevant support teams \nproviding immediate technical support, escalating complex issues when required, and contributing to troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and defect elimination \npromoting a strong safety culture through visible leadership, effective risk management, toolbox talks, safety briefings, observations, near-miss reporting, and stop-work authority \nmaintaining accurate work orders, technical records, parts usage, and supporting documentation in SAP or other approved systems. \nTo succeed in the role, you:\nhave strong maintenance execution and troubleshooting capability across electrical, mechanical, control, and associated systems \ndemonstrate safety leadership and have practical knowledge of safe systems of work, lifting operations, working at height, and incident investigation \nhave experience supervising technicians, specialists, or contractors and can provide clear direction, coaching, and technical guidance \nunderstand work management processes and can maintain accurate, high-quality records in SAP, a computerised maintenance management system, or an equivalent system \nhold a relevant technical qualification, apprenticeship, degree, or equivalent experience \ncan make sound operational decisions, manage changing priorities, ensure accountability, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. \nMaybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points.
