# Operations & Maintenance Team Lead

Join us in this role where you’ll lead a team of maintenance technicians and turn site plans into safe, effective daily and weekly execution. You’ll coordinate people, vessels, tools, materials, and contractors, while developing your team and supporting reliable asset performance. You’ll work closely with the Operations & Maintenance Manager, Planning, Engineering, QHSE, Remote Diagnostics, Logistics, and contractors.
