We build the tools and processes for the enterprise to develop secure and governed applications by providing guardrails.\nThis transformation is new to Orsted so even though you may not meet all the necessary criteria, don’t hesitate to apply if you are interested.\nThis position may be filled at either Lead or Senior Lead level, depending on the experience and capabilities of the successful candidate, with strong potential for advancement to Senior Lead.\nYou'll play an important role in:\nCreating and driving the software engineering roadmap and strategy towards agentic software development\nLeading the OAE software development team by combining strong technical leadership with hands-on development and execution\nBeing the strong sparring partner across digital platforms to drive adoption of agentic software development and the beacon to all Software Developers while leading the Community of Practice\nTransforming, influencing and communicating the software development roadmap, strategy and Enterprise Coding Guidelines through the Community of Practice\nDriving the building of specific platform components such as APIs, MCP Servers or AI Skills/ Agents.\nExploring alternative/ innovative technology used to deliver prioritized requirements\nTo succeed in the role, you:\nHave deep expertise in either Python, TypeScript or .NET and can easily pivot across all three languages while understanding the requirements of an enterprise-grade system architecture\nDevelop and drive agentic software architecture processes ensuring optimization and quality excellence\nPossess a strong foundational understanding of the key building blocks of agentic systems including model selection, context management, guardrails, and core architectural components\nDrive cross organizational orchestration of agentic software development through the Community of Practice\nDemonstrate strong leadership potential by driving change, developing teams, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.\nMaybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points.
