This role is responsible for developing and maintaining financial reports, forecasts, pro formas, and performance dashboards across the organization and affiliated client companies.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with exceptional data analysis skills and has experience working with complex healthcare data. This position collaborates closely with Finance, Operations, Information Technology, and Executive Leadership to provide meaningful insights that drive business performance and strategic growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nPrepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports for executive leadership and key stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain forecasting models for income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.\nCreate financial analyses and pro formas to support new physician recruitment, service lines, and location expansions.\nProduce reporting packages and presentations for monthly operations meetings and executive review.\nAnalyze large data sets from multiple systems, including financial, clinical, and operational platforms.\nPartner with operational departments and Information Technology teams to identify and resolve data integrity issues.\nReview and maintain financial data mappings and reporting structures to ensure accurate reporting.\nDevelop and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and statistical reporting packages.\nSupport strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-support initiatives across the organization.\nMaintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and organizational information.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.\nMaster's degree preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, business intelligence, or decision support, preferably within healthcare.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills required.\nExperience working with financial and reporting platforms such as Netsuite, Tableau, Power BI, EPIC, budgeting, or similar systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.\nExcellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.\nAbility to work independently
