the primary point of contact for surgical patients, providing information and answering questions\nCoordinate with Surgical Assistants, operating rooms, and providers to ensure availability of staff, special equipment, and materials\nConfirm insurance authorizations and ensure all necessary documentation is in place\nMaintain detailed and accurate schedules in the electronic medical record
