Looking to change people’s lives? Look no further.\nJOB PURPOSE\nDevelop and Implement Hardware and Firmware, including Firmware, for Bone Growth & Tissue Regeneration Devices. Use state-of-the-art tools, including electromagnetic and ultrasound exposure modeling, machine learning, computer vision, and deep learning, to develop the next generation of regenerative tissue and bone growth applications.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe following are the essential functions of this position. This position may be responsible for performing additional duties and tasks as needed and assigned.\nPerform electromagnetic and ultrasound exposure optimization utilizing computer simulation software (SEMCAD/SIM4LIFE).\n\nImplement (electrical/mechanical) designs of optimized electromagnetic and ultrasound exposure devices.\n\nDesign and implement automated test systems for the newly created electromagnetic and ultrasound exposure systems.\n\nCreate firmware necessary to operate and interface with electromagnetic and ultrasound exposure systems.\n\nDevelop machine vision and machine learning based systems to assess patient motion, such as the range of motion of the Cervical Spine, Knee, Rotator Cuff, or others.\n\nParticipate in the hardware/firmware development of the next generation PEMF and Ultrasound bone/tissue stimulation systems.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.\nEducation/Certifications:\nB.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering\n\nExperience, Skills, Knowledge, and/or Abilities:\n5+ years of experience as an electrical engineer, firmware/firmware developer.\n\nAbility to implement code on Windows and Linux platforms.\n\nUse of various programming languages such as C#.Net and Python.\n\nExperience with SEMCAD or SIM4Life simulation software.\n\nFamiliarity with Azure and Docker.\n\nAbility to design and layout circuit boards.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nThe education, knowledge, skills, and/or abilities listed below are preferred qualifications in addition to the minimum qualifications stated above.\nEducation/Certifications:\nM.S.
