You will work directly with customers to translate complex business workflows into reliable agentic systems and take them from initial design through production deployment.\nThe systems you build will power high-impact, high-visibility, and high-touchpoint enterprise use cases, often across highly federated environments involving multiple applications, teams, workflows, and operational constraints.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\nBuild and deploy production-grade AI agents for enterprise workflows\nTranslate customer requirements into robust technical architectures and implementations.\nDevelop agentic systems using LLMs, tool calling, APIs, business logic, and external integrations.\nBuild backend services using Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and webhooks.\nApply strong practices in prompt engineering, context engineering, evaluation, guardrails, and observability.\nWork directly with product, operations, and leadership teams.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n2+ years of hands-on technical experience, ideally in Conversational AI, GenAI, AI agents.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong Python proficiency is required, with a high bar for clean and maintainable code.\nExperience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks, APIs, webhooks, and integrations.\nHands-on experience building LLM and agentic AI applications, including tool/function calling and multi-step workflows.\nHigh ownership, low ego, and the ability to operate effectively as an Individual Contributor.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including working directly with enterprise customers.\n\nGreat to Have:\nExperience with voice or conversational AI in production.\nUnderstanding of telephony, SIP, PSTN, CCaaS platforms, call routing, and real-time audio systems.\nExperience with cloud infrastructure, RAG, tracing, observability, or agent orchestration frameworks. \nExperience integrating with enterprise systems such as CRMs, contact-center platforms,healthcare systems.\nExperience in a customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed role.\n\nHow We Work:\nWe value engineers who combine technical depth, customer empathy, and a bias for shipping. \nYou should be comfortable moving from a customer conversation to architecture, into code, and then into production debugging when needed.
