Founded in 2019, Ory promotes an open, diverse, agile, and collaborative working culture.About this Role\nThis role is responsible to design, engineer, test, run, automate, and document Ory services in both closed and open source work.\nKey Tasks and Deliverables\nDesign, implement and maintain production code for Ory Network and Ory Open Source, that is well tested, follows security best practises and easy-to-use.\n\nImplement Identity and Access Management industry standards.\n\nImplement proof of concepts for products and features.\n\nWrite documentation (internal & external) for built features.\n\nCollaborate with other teams on cross-platform and cross-application technical challenges.\n\nContribute to our Open Source projects and our team's Software Development Life Cycle\n\nDevise innovative ideas for solving Ory Network customer problems and translate these ideas into technical designs.\n\nProvide technical leadership and solve end-to-end problems, for instance, software design, efficient implementation, and product offering.\n\nParticipate in on-call rotations (shifts)\n\nMinimum Requirements\n5+ years of professional software development experience.\n\nExperience with Go programming language(must have). Experience with other programming languages such as Java, C/C++, C#, Rust, Kotlin, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript are considered are also welcome.\n\nExperience architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems.\n\nExperience working with Kubernetes and Cloud Provider products.\n\nA Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical
