We are seeking an Associate Technical Lead - IBM CP4BA Development & Integration to lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of business automation solutions on the IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) platform deployed on Red Hat OpenShift across 5 high-availability environments (Dev, UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod, and DR).\n\nIn this hands-on technical role, you will bridge business requirements with scalable engineering as translating process specifications into robust workflows, REST/SOAP APIs, micro services, and enterprise-grade integration patterns. You will guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive critical development for core components across the IBM automation suite.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTechnical Leadership & Architecture: Lead end-to-end delivery of CP4BA applications, setting non-functional requirements for security, scalability, performance, and recoverability.\n\nConduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor development teams.\n\nIBM BAW Workflow Development: Lead the design and development of complex enterprise workflows, business processes, Coaches/Coach Views, reusable toolkits, service tasks, and exception-handling patterns in IBM BAW.\n\nEnterprise Integration & API Engineering: Design and build secure REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and integration services using Java and Spring Boot.
