No promises, but it is a real path, and we would rather grow a designer than hire a stranger.\n\nWhat you'll work on\n\nTurn a client brief into wireframes and a clickable Figma prototype, using AI to reach the first draft faster\n\nRun desk research and competitor reviews with AI, then check what it got wrong, because it will\n\nBuild and maintain components in our design system so screens stay consistent across an entire site\n\nPrepare designs for handoff and watch our developers build them in Nuxt\n\nSit in on real client reviews and hear how design decisions get defended out loud\n\nWhat you'll walk away with\n\nA portfolio of live, shipped work for companies people have heard of, not classroom briefs\n\nA working AI design practice you can name and demonstrate in an interview, which most graduates cannot\n\nReal design system experience, the thing junior portfolios almost always lack\n\nThe judgement to tell a good AI output from a confident wrong one\n\nA reference from a studio that has been building for Malaysian brands since 2007\n\nWorking arrangement\n\nOn site in Puchong from Tuesday to Friday, Mondays remote\n\nFlexible start, anywhere between 7am and 10am\n\nThree months minimum, longer preferred\n\nRequirements\nYou'd be a good fit if\n\nYou are studying interface, graphic, multimedia or product design, or you are self-taught and can show the work\n\nYou are comfortable in Figma, or comfortable enough to get fluent quickly\n\nYou can explain why you made a design choice, not only that it looks good\n\nYou are curious about AI tools rather than worried about them. No AI experience needed, that is what we will teach you\n\nYou can commit at least three months\n\nBonus points if you have\n\nBuilt anything interactive, beyond static screens\n\nTouched a design system or a component library\n\nAdobe Creative Suite, Webflow, or any front-end familiarity at all\n\nMade something nobody asked you to make\n\nHow to stand out in your application\n\nYour CV\n\nA portfolio link. Figma, Behance, a PDF, a Notion page, anything we can open\n\nOne or two sentences on a design decision you changed your mind about, and what changed it\n\nYou don't need to tick every box.
