This role supports core commission processing functions, payroll support activities, and collaborates cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure data accuracy and resolution of discrepancies.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience navigating systems and processes within a financial services or broker-dealer environment. Success\nin this role requires a combination of operational expertise, analytical skills, and a team-oriented mindset.\nResponsibilities:\nCompile, process, and maintain commission transactions, including coding, adjustments, and reconciliations\n\nPrepare, input, and track commission batches received from sponsors and representatives\n\nPerform quality control on transactions and data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards\n\nResearch and resolve discrepancies related to commission statements, payments, and account activity\n\nSupport weekly compensation and payroll processing activities\n\nMaintain accurate records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and support operational workflows\n\nAssist with escalations, priority requests, and time-sensitive processing tasks\n\nContribute to process improvement initiatives and support system enhancements as needed\n\nAll other duties as assigned\n\nEducation Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\n\nBachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field is preferred\n\nBasic Requirements:\n1 - 3+ years of experience in commission processing, financial operations, or a related field\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams\n\nStrong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data\n\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team\n\nStrong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy in work output\n\nPreferred Requirements:\n2-4 years of experience in financial services operations or broker-dealer environment\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)\n\nExperience with commission systems, payroll processing, or transaction processing platforms\n\nFamiliarity with industry regulations and commission processing
