This position reports to the Manager of Healthcare Engineering and will work closely with directors, managers and engineering staff to ensure client's needs and expectations are met and exceeded in a timely fashion.\nOsborn is a fully integrated multi-disciplined design firm that uses a specialized team approach to engineering projects. These teams are comprised of a staff of more than 390 professionals that provide designs for all phases of a wide range of projects. Osborn has specialists in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and life safety, technology engineering, transportation and commissioning. Osborn’s strength lies with its people.\nPosition Responsibilities\nMulti-discipline project management, design and deliverable execution.\nClient and Junior Staff Management.\nProject due dates.\nTime management.\nHVAC and plumbing calculations.\nBuilding load analysis via Trane Trace or Carrier HP.\nBuilding/equipment and program assessment, study capability.\nProject specification development (book specs), equipment selection.\nProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. (Required)\nTypical construction administration including shop drawing review, RFI's and project closeouts.\nJob Requirements/Qualifications\nBachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
