Benefits include paid holidays, paid time off, 401K with employer match, dental, vision, health insurance plans, as well as life and disability benefits.\nPosition OverviewThe Systems Integration Tester will be responsible for planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions for the integration and testing of both developed and Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or Government off-the-shelf (GOTS) components. This role involves synthesizing customer requirements into effective test solutions while ensuring adherence to technical, schedule, and cost constraints. The engineer will coordinate testing activities, perform analysis of test results, and prepare evaluation reports to validate system performance, contributing to the success of the mission. \nMajor Activities\nDevelop improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future configurations.\n\nSupport the analysis of test results and the resolution of open issues.\n\n Perform required procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the accuracy of products and production equipment.\n\nConduct system audits to assess control and manage risks of production quality.\n\nWork with the software development team to ensure quality standards are in place.\n\nDocument issues and report them to team lead or management.\n\nPerform workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.\n\nReport progress on problem resolution to management.\n\nPerform other tasks as required by OSC program management.\n\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nKnowledge of system integration testing concepts, tools and methodologies. \n\nKnowledge of system architecture and system-to-system interactions.\n\nAbility to execute test cases and document results.\n\nAbility to identify and communicate system defects. \n\nGeneral knowledge of some programming languages (Node.js, Java, .NET).\n\nKnowledge of various programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, etc.\n\nAbility to work within a team-oriented, collaborative environment, develop strong working relationships across organizations.\n\nEffective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nTwo or more years’ related experience. \n\nDemonstrated experience using Agile principles (systems/software development lifecycles).\n\nDemonstrated experience conducting end-to-end Automated Testing of large or complex information systems.\n\nMust have and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.\n\nPreferred\nAssociate's degree\n\nValid SEC+ Certification.\n\nE-Verify:OSC EdgeTech participates in E-Verify.
