-Support cost controlling for designated cost centers

-Good knowledge of WLD production processes, equipment, and manufacturing
technologies
熟悉WLD生产流程、设备及制造技术
-Good knowledge of key component manufacturing processes
熟悉关键零部件制造工艺
-Experience with FMEA, Control Plan, CPK, CMK, and MSA
具备FMEA、Control Plan、CPK、CMK及MSA相关经验
-Proficient in applying quality tools (e.g. 8D) to solve manufacturing quality issues,
especially in armature production lines
熟练运用质量工具（如8D）解决制造质量问题，尤其是电枢产线质量问题
-Strong project management capability
具备较强的项目管理能力
-Good coordination, communication, and presentation skills
具备良好的沟通协调及表达能力
-Drive base motor outsourcing initiatives

-Support internal driver production activities
支持内部驱动器生产相关工作
-Plan and coordinate global delivery of products and services from China
