Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground.
Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently,ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management.
博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。
公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。
Responsibilities 职责
- Create/Edit and release of manufacturing instructions/standards.
创建/更改并且释放生产加工的指导/标准。
- Coordination and ensure the new product line ramp-up.
协调并确保新产线的爬坡。
- Preparation of machine, tools, process, and fixtures for machining area.
产线的工艺准备，包括设备、刀具、流程和工装。
- Introduce of new product to serial production.
新产品型号在产线上的导入。
- Problem solving during ramp up phase and daily production.
在爬坡阶段以及每日生产中的问题解决。
- Supporting the purchasing of machines.
协助采购生产设备。
- Development and planning of technology for the production area.
生产工艺的开发和规划。
- Lead the new machine acceptance, spare parts, ram-up.
领导新设备的验收，备品备件，前期的批量生产。
- Technical support for outsourced service related to product.
针对外协产品工艺服务的技术支持。
- Layout planning and work station planning of the related product.
产品相关生产线的布局及工作位置的规划。
- Continuously optimize the production and process flow, investigation of cycle time and carry out time study in cooperation with production and BPS team.
和生产以及BPS团队合作持续优化生产和工序流程，研究生产节拍，实施时间测量。
- Complete System CIP projects (to be an A3 expert).
负责系统CIP项目的实施（成为A3专家）。
- Continues improvement for production KPIs, such as OEE, FPY, IDC.
持续对产线KPI进行优化，比如OEE，PPOH，IDC。
- Support projects(customer visit, capacity evaluation, production release, customer audit).
项目支持（客户拜访，产能评估）。
- Update of working and in-process testing instruction to secure qualified production.
更新工作指导书和在线测量指导书以确保有效的生产。
- Investigation of new tools to reduce cycle time and increase life time of tools for cost reduction.
研究新工具降低生产节拍，提高工具的使用寿命降低成本。
- Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。
Qualifications & Requirements
任职资格及要求
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Skills技能
-Good knowledge in FMEA, control plan, and process audit;
对质量管理工具FMEA，控制计划以及过程审核有良好的理论基础和实际应用经验;
-Good English language skills;
良好的英语沟通能力;
-Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
-Familiarity with lean production principles (e.g., BPS/TPS).
Experience工作经验
-Minimum 2 years work experience in process engineering in machining industry;
两年以上机加工行业工艺工程相关工作经验;
-Strong technical background and sound knowledge of current manufacturing technologies.
优秀的技术背景，熟悉现有生产技术。
