作为所负责区域内维修站的主要对接人，推广并销售博世智能出行售后（MA）全产品组合。该岗位 负责拓展博世维修站网络，提升维修站对博世品牌的粘性与忠诚度，推动配件销售，推广诊断设备 及服务，并推动维修站培训方案的实施。
主要职责
- 作为所负责区域内维修站（除FRC BCS）的主要对接人
- 发展维修站加入博世维修站网络
- 为BSS持续提供支持与服务
- 跟进区域内博世配件销售情况、设备及诊断工具的使用情况
- 推动维修站加入eXtra项目
- 推广和销售在中国区已开发的服务类产品，如培训、技术热线、远程诊断、车辆健康检测 （VHC）及车辆服务助手（VCA）
- 挖掘维修站设备及诊断工具的销售线索，并促进销售
- 推广各类博世市场活动
核心能力
- 对博世智能出行售后产品组合有全面理解，包括配件、服务及诊断、设备
- 清晰理解并销售BCS, BSS项目及其价值主张
- 具备顾问式销售能力，能够识别客户需求并提供定制化解决方案
- 具备良好的沟通、谈判及客户关系管理的能力
- 能够与不同相关方进行有效沟通（如维修站负责人、技术人员等）
- 能够为维修站提供实际经营建议及培训支持
- 熟练使用各类系统及数字化工具（如LQA, C4C, PBI, Tiktok O2O）
任职要求
- 具有销售经验（后市场优先）
- 有维修站业务模式相关经验者优先
- 具备英语能力者优先
- 有驾照，能在负责区域内出差
