  • L2 级纵向与横向规划控制算法研发：负责 ACC（自适应巡航）、LKA（车道保持辅助）、TJA（交通拥堵辅助）等功能的规划与控制策略设计，重点优化行车舒适性（如 jerk 抑制、过弯平顺、跟车起步/停止柔和）。
  • AI 方法在舒适性优化中的应用：探索模仿学习、强化学习或轻量化端到端模型，从人类驾驶数据中学习平顺的油门/刹车/转向曲线，减少规则带来的机械感。
  • 舒适性与安全性的联合平衡：在保证 AEB 等安全功能触发优先的前提下，优化日常行驶中的误触发（如虚假减速、无必要警报）和过激干预，提升用户信任感。
  • 功能安全与舒适性约束的集成：按照 ISO 26262 (ASIL 等级要求) 设计规控模块的冗余与监控机制，确保异常情况下（如传感器故障、信号丢帧）能平滑降级，不产生突兀动作。
  • 仿真与实车闭环评估：搭建包含舒适性指标（冲击度、横向加速度变化率、跟车偏差）的自动化评测体系，利用路采数据驱动迭代。
  • 基本要求
  • 车辆工程、控制工程、计算机、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历，2 年以上 L2 ADAS 规控开发经验。
  • 精通 C++/Python，熟悉 Linux 及嵌入式平台（如 Infineon、NXP、TI TDA4 或地平线征程）。
  • 熟悉经典规划控制算法：PID、MPC、LQR、纯跟踪控制、Lattice Planner 或动态规划/二次规划。
  • 加分/专项要求
  • 有 L2 功能量产经验（ACC、LKA、TJA），并主导过舒适性调校（如弯道速度控制、起步/停止平滑性）。
  • 了解 AI 在规控中的应用：如使用行为克隆优化跟车策略，或使用强化学习学习变道舒适性参数。
  • 熟悉功能安全标准：理解 ASIL 等级划分、FFI 分析、FMEA 在规控模块中的落地。
  • 具有良好的数据驱动思维：能利用大规模路采日志进行问题定位和回归测试。
