工作职责：

负责ADAS辅助驾驶功能的HIL测试方案制定、测试用例设计与测试执行
负责HIL测试环境的搭建、配置、维护及日常调试工作，保障测试环境稳定运行
负责基于HIL平台开展功能测试、回归测试、集成测试及异常场景验证
负责测试过程中问题的定位、分析及跟踪，与软件开发、算法及系统团队协作推动问题闭环
负责HIL测试自动化脚本及测试框架开发，提高测试效率和测试覆盖率
负责HIL测试任务与CI/CT流水线的集成，实现自动化测试执行及测试报告生成
负责测试数据、测试结果及缺陷分析报告的整理与输出
持续优化测试方法、测试流程及测试场景库，提升产品质量和测试效率

任职要求：

本科及以上学历，车辆工程、自动化、电子信息、计算机等相关专业
具有3年以上汽车电子、ADAS或自动驾驶领域HIL测试相关工作经验
熟悉ADAS系统工作原理，了解ADAS各功能表现
熟悉Vector CANoe
具有CarMaker、PreScan、VTD、Simulink等仿真工具使用经验
熟悉CAN、CAN FD、Automotive Ethernet等汽车通信协议，能够完成总线分析及故障排查
熟悉Python、CAPL、C/C++等至少一种编程语言，具备自动化测试脚本开发能力
熟悉CI/CD测试流程，具有Jenkins、GitLab CI等自动化流水线搭建经验者优先
熟悉使用AI平台开始测试提效工具优先
具备HIL测试用例设计能力，能够根据需求和功能规范构建测试场景并进行测试验证
具备良好的问题分析和故障定位能力，能够独立完成测试问题分析及验证
具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神及技术文档编写能力
