Bosch Automotive Steering (Jinan) Co., Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bosch Group. Its predecessor is ZF Commercial Vehicle Steering (Shandong) Co., Ltd., established in October 2005, provides Chinese business partners with a full portfolio of steering system for commercial vehicles. Currently, the company has completed the construction of phase II-workshop, R&D center and the vehicle testing ground.
Servocom series hydraulic ball & nut steering gears are the main products of the company. Servocom is designed with features of modularization, high pressure and high level of standardization. Compared with competitors, these features bring benefits such as less energy consumption, wide range of application. Meanwhile, the output torque of unit mass is increased through light-weight design and the payload is increased accordingly. Also, the maintenance-free of Servocom leads to the reduction of life cycle cost. Servocom has been owned more than 1 million units in China and applied by all major Chinese commercial vehicle OEMs. Currently, ServoSino8198 which developed by our company has been launched on the market. Servotwin which makes automated driving come true has also been introduced into China market. Besides, our company is dedicated to promote Robust System to reduce failure rate and fulfill the requirement of customer for the modular management.
博世汽车转向系统（济南）有限公司是博世集团的全资子公司，其前身为采埃孚商用车转向机（山东）有限公司，创建于2005年10月，主要是给其中国商业伙伴提供商用车用全套转向系统，公司现已完成二期厂房、研发中心及整车试车场的建设。
公司产品主要为Servocom系列商用车用循环球式液压助力转向机。Servocom系列转向机为模块化、高压力、标准化设计，与竞争对手相比，能量损耗更低，应用范围更广。同时，轻量化的设计使得单位质量的输出扭矩增加，从而使整车负载得到增加，且不需要维护从而降低使用成本。Servocom系列转向机在中国市场上的保有量已超过100万台，已被国内主要商用车制造商广泛采用。目前，公司开发的ServoSino8198系列转向机已经投放市场，用以实现自动驾驶的Servotwin也已经逐渐引入中国市场。此外，公司正致力于推广转向系统供货以降低故障率并满足主机厂模块化管理需求。
- Sample Order Processing, Production & Delivery: Responsible for confirming and inputting sample orders from external and internal customers, clarifying technical specifications, verifying Bosch material numbers, and ensuring order completeness in the sample order tool. Follow MP-207.02 process to execute sample production and delivery, including order finalization and forwarding to the sample shop.
- 样品订单处理、生产与交付：负责确认和录入外部及内部客户样品订单，澄清技术规范，验证博世物料号，确保样品订单工具中订单的完整性。按MP-207.02流程开展样品生产及交付，包括订单最终化并转发至样品车间。
- Technical Documentation & Order Finalization: Prepare and maintain technical documentation including production documents, parts lists, test specifications, and drawings. Confirm or create Bosch material numbers, set parts list status, and check feasibility of meeting customer deadlines.
- 技术文档准备与订单最终化：准备和维护技术文档，包括生产文件、零件清单、测试规范和图纸。确认或创建博世物料号，设置零件清单状态，检查客户交期可行性。
- Order Change Management: Clarify, evaluate and implement order change requests regarding delivery date, quantity, price, and specification. Document all changes in IT systems and communicate technical changes to stakeholders.
- 订单变更管理：澄清、评估并实施关于交期、数量、价格和规格的订单变更请求。在IT系统中记录所有变更，向相关方沟通技术变更。
- Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.

Education学历
Bachelor degree or above.
本科及以上学历。
Skills技能
Knowledge of sample order processing and familiarity with SAP and sample order tools;
熟悉样品订单处理流程，熟练使用SAP及样品订单工具;
Experience工作经验
Three years+ working experience;
三年以上工作经验;
Working experience at JV or WOFE preferred;
具备合资或外商独资企业工作经验者优先;
Preference for experience in manufacturing environment; background in automotive industry will be a plus;
具有制造业工作经历或者汽车工业背景者优先考虑;
