You will be responsible for building the systems that enable our team to identify high-propensity accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and drive measurable revenue growth.\nThis is a high-ownership role with direct impact on company growth. You will work closely with our Head of Growth and VP of Marketing, and partner cross-functionally with AI Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign and build scalable GTM data pipelines and automation systems\n\nIntegrate systems across Salesforce, enrichment providers, outbound tools, and analytics platforms\n\nBuild internal tools that significantly improve BDR and AE productivity\n\nDevelop systems for account prioritization, routing, and orchestration\n\nEnable AI-native workflows by building high-quality structured data pipelines\n\nPartner with marketing, sales, and engineering to translate GTM strategy into systems\n\nContinuously improve the reliability and performance of growth infrastructure\n\nWhat You’ll Build\nGTM Data Infrastructure\nData pipelines across CRM, marketing tools, and enrichment providers\n\nAccount and contact intelligence systems\n\nIntent signal ingestion and propensity modeling\n\nAttribution and measurement systems\n\nRevenue Automation Systems\nOutbound automation workflows\n\nAccount prioritization systems\n\nBDR productivity tooling\n\nCampaign infrastructure\n\nRouting and orchestration workflows\n\nPersonalization Infrastructure\nAI-assisted outbound messaging systems\n\nData pipelines for personalization signals\n\nCampaign-level intelligence and experimentation\n\nGrowth Experimentation\nLead generation and conversion experiments\n\nExperimentation frameworks for GTM\n\nWeb analytics and conversion optimization systems\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nTechnical Background\n5+ years of software engineering experience\n\nStrong experience with data pipelines, APIs, and automation systems\n\nProficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar\n\nExperience with data warehouses and ETL pipelines\n\nGrowth Engineering Mindset\nExperience building systems that impact customer acquisition or revenue\n\nFamiliarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment, Airbyte, Clay, or similar\n\nUnderstanding of B2B growth and sales processes\n\nSystems Thinking\nStrong architectural thinking and ability to design scalable systems\n\nComfort working across engineering, data, and GTM teams\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience at hyper-growth companies (100%+ ARR growth)\n\nBuilding CDP or GTM data infrastructure\n\nAI-assisted workflow automation\n\nEnterprise sales GTM
