You'll work closely with senior leadership and play a direct role in building the teams behind Oscilar's next stage of growth.\nWe don't want someone who waits for applications. We want a recruiter who knows where great talent is, how to get their attention, and how to turn those conversations into hires.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions, from sourcing strategy through offer acceptance.\n\nBuild talent pipelines from the ground up through market mapping, targeted research, creative outreach, and proactive sourcing.\n\nIdentify, engage, and close high-caliber passive candidates in competitive talent markets.\n\nPartner directly with GTM leaders to define hiring needs, calibrate talent profiles, and develop effective search strategies.\n\nDeliver a thoughtful, efficient candidate experience while managing complex interview processes and offer negotiations.\n\nDevelop repeatable sourcing strategies and talent networks that support immediate hiring priorities and long-term growth.\n\nMeasure and improve recruiting outcomes, with particular emphasis on self-sourced hires, pipeline quality, hiring velocity, and quality of hire.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology.\n\nA demonstrated track record of personally sourcing and closing exceptional candidates, supported by measurable outbound recruiting results.\n\nStrong experience independently building candidate pipelines for competitive or difficult-to-fill roles.\n\nExperience recruiting across GTM functions such as Sales, Business Development, Sales Engineering, Forward Deployment Engineering, TAM, Marketing, Partnerships, or Revenue Operations.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, and personalized outbound engagement.\n\nExcellent judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and deliver results independently.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience scaling recruiting at a venture-backed technology company.\n\nFamiliarity with fintech, fraud prevention, payments, identity, or financial-services technology.\n\nExperience recruiting specialized technical GTM talent, including Sales Engineers, Forward Deployment Engineers, and Technical Account Managers.\n\nExperience partnering directly with senior GTM executives and developing scalable sourcing practices.\n\nWhat Success Looks
