You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of highly reliable, low latency, and scalable services that meet the needs of our global enterprise clients.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop scalable, high-performance, low-latency backend services using Java and AWS technologies.\n\nCollaborate with the product management, frontend, and QA teams to define technical requirements and ensure smooth integration with other components of the platform.\n\nOptimize and enhance existing services to achieve maximum performance, reliability, and maintainability.\n\nIdentify and resolve bottlenecks in the system, ensuring optimal resource utilization and system stability\n\nImplement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.\n\nProactively monitor the health and performance of backend services, taking necessary actions to mitigate potential issues.\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in backend software development, with a focus on Java and AWS technologies.\n\nStrong experience in building and operating low latency, high scale services in a distributed environment.\n\nProficient in Java programming, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem and related frameworks.\n\nKnowledge of microservices architecture, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed data systems (Kafka, Clickhouse).\n\nFamiliarity with RESTful API design, and a strong understanding of security best practices.\n\nExperience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle) and agile development methodologies.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to work independently or as part of a team.\n\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\n\nBenefits\nCompensation: Candidates are hired as CLT and are offered competitive salary\n\nStock Options: Candidates will receive stock options\n\nBenefits: 100% of your Medical/Dental (Care Plus) for you and your dependents;
