  • Review project scopes and assist with coordinating and scheduling
  • Support weekly cost tracking and reporting across lump sum, budget, and time & material projects

  • Track, manage, and return rental equipment
  • Monitor PPE inventory levels and coordinate procurement from internal and external suppliers
  • Engage with clients to support Change Orders (COs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Review and provide additional details for Purchase Orders as required by administration
  • Support monthly work order close-out by reviewing W1 lists
  • Maintain project documentation in Procore, including daily logs, photos, and progress updates
  • Assist with issuing and tracking purchase orders and subcontracts
  • Coordinate and track RFIs, shop drawings, and project correspondence as required

Technical Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in construction, engineering technology, or a related field (community college preferred)
  • Up to 5 years of experience in a construction or industrial environment (co-op or internship experience considered)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn project management software (e.g., Procore)
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, cost tracking, and project coordination principles is an asset
  • Ability to learn and manage project financials with accuracy and attention to detail

Business Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial tracking and reporting
  • Ability to interpret and support budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment with shifting priorities
