We pride ourselves in being leaders in precast concrete innovation, building more energy efficient, sustainable, and safe structures.\nPosition Summary\nPreCon Precast Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Systems Analyst to support business operations through reporting, systems administration, work order management, and cross-functional project coordination. This role works closely with Operations, Maintenance, IT, Purchasing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and distribute weekly labour reports for Production and Construction operations.\nManage hardware work orders, including setup, tracking, labour hour allocation, and closure.\nSupport the administration and ongoing enhancement of the Maintenance App and related maintenance processes.\nAssist with the implementation and support of business systems and process improvement initiatives.\nProvide user support and training for JD Edwards (JDE).\nSupporting operations on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Production Planning System (PPS). \nCollaborate closely with the Information Technology team on projects, system improvements, and operational initiatives.\nServe as a backup resource for Purchasing activities as required.\nDevelop ad hoc reports, data analysis, and special projects to support business decision-making.\nWork with stakeholders across multiple departments to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.\nMaintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems.\nOther duties as may be assigned based on business needs. \nTechnical Requirements:\nPost-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.\n2+ years of experience in manufacturing analytics is considered an asset.\nExperience working with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards (JDE).\nExperience with workforce management software is considered an asset.\nStrong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.\nBusiness Requirements:\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nCultural Requirements:\nAbility to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills\nThis posting represents a current vacancy.
