Strescon presently has two facilities: 70,000 sq.ft. in Saint John, New Brunswick and 50,000 sq.ft. in Bedford, Nova Scotia.\nIn addition to our engineered precast facilities for custom components, Strescon also operates a 32,000 sq. ft. facility in Saint John which manufactures standard concrete products for engineered drainage systems, such as pipe, manholes and catch basins.\nJob Summary\nThe Precast Plant Engineer directs operations within the precast plant including overall planning and project execution, ensuring schedules are kept and safety processes are adhered to. This role will provide direction to improve the organization’s overall production plans, systems and procedures. Precast Plant Engineer is responsible for analyzing operations, designing workflows and production processes, reducing inefficiency, and ensuring final products meet established quality standards.
