The Recruitment Coordinator serves as an ambassador of the company's employer brand by delivering an exceptional candidate experience and fostering strong relationships with candidates, educational institutions, community partners, and internal stakeholders.\nResponsibilities:\nMaintain and manage job posting records, ensuring consistency with approved job templates, branding standards, and formatting requirements \nCoordinate the posting of employment opportunities across internal and external recruitment platforms and conduct initial resume reviews to identify qualified candidates \nEvaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements, requisition criteria, and competency profiles, providing recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers\nMaintain accurate candidate records within Oracle Recruiting Cloud, including profile updates, document management, and data integrity audits\nSupport full-cycle recruitment activities for co-op and summer student programs, including job postings, candidate communications, interview coordination, and student engagement initiatives\nResearch and stay informed on government employment programs, grants, and workforce development opportunities that support recruitment strategies\nAdminister and promote the Employee Referral Program, including employee communications, tracking, and reporting\nCollaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an efficient, positive, and candidate-focused recruitment process\nAdditional duties as required\nTechnical Requirements:\nPost secondary education within human resources, business administration, or a related field\nProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 software, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams\nExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience is considered an asset\nFamiliarity with online recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards\nStrong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes\nPrevious experience in recruitment, human resources, administration, or a customer-service focused environment\nBusiness Requirements:\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and data integrity\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, including professional business writing\nAbility to assess information, exercise sound judgment, and make recommendations based on established criteria\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience\nAs a member of the OSCO Construction Group, we offer a comprehensive compensation package including health and dental coverage, life insurance, RRSP and tax-free savings account options.
