You'll move between experimentation, architectural decisions, and real client implementations, helping define approaches that can be applied across projects and industries.\nYou'll have room to influence technical direction, challenge established ways of working, and contribute to how we build AI systems as the technology evolves.\nYour key responsibilities\nWork with clients and technical teams to understand their software engineering practices, identify opportunities to improve them with agentic engineering, and define the architectures, tools, and approaches needed to make those improvements happen.\nModernize best practices from traditional software engineering into Agentic Engineering’s latest standards and protocols, including best practices for agents, skills, harnesses, observability and scaling.\nDesign, Develop and Scale Software Factories and other Agentic Engineering systems.\nAct as a trusted technical partner, translating complex business challenges into pragmatic enterprise solutions and facilitating informed technology decisions;\nCollaborate hands-on with multidisciplinary teams, challenging ideas, reviewing designs, prototyping approaches, and helping solve difficult technical problems;\nHelp shape and evolve Osedea's engineering practices through agentic engineering , experimentation, reusable tools and architectures, and knowledge sharing. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and adapt approaches as the field evolves.\nDesign and guide the implementation of reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise software, using agentic AI architectures.\nThe ideal candidate\nYou bring extensive experience in software development and architecture (typically 10+ years), with a strong track record of designing complex, distributed, or enterprise-scale systems.\n\nYou have strong architectural judgment. You can translate complex business challenges into scalable architectural solutions while balancing innovation, feasibility and business value;\n\nYou've moved beyond experimenting with LLMs and have hands-on experience designing, building, or deploying agentic engineering solutions. You understand the challenges that emerge when moving from prototypes to production.\n\nYou can lead technical conversations with both senior stakeholders and development teams, explain trade-offs clearly, and build confidence in your recommendations.\n\nYou enjoy having the autonomy to make an impact without relying on a formal hierarchy. architectures: Designing autonomous and semi-autonomous agents, multi-agent coordination, orchestration, tool execution, planning, memory, and context management. \nLLM application development: Working with foundation models, RAG, embeddings, structured outputs, tool calling, context engineering, A2A, ACP and MCP.\nAgent frameworks and orchestration: Experience with technologies such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent approaches, with the ability to evaluate when to use a framework versus a custom solution.\nSoftware architecture: Strong foundations in distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, integration patterns, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security.\nCloud platforms: Experience designing and deploying solutions on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including their AI services and infrastructure.\nProduction AI systems: Designing for evaluation, observability, failure recovery, human oversight, reliability, latency,
