You'll have opportunities to work on different technical challenges, deepen your expertise in Agentic AI, and contribute to how we build these systems at Osedea.\nWe're looking for someone with strong software development fundamentals, hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, and the curiosity to keep learning as the technology evolves.\nYour key responsibilities\nDevelop, test, and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered applications for client projects.\nBuild agentic workflows that integrate language models, external APIs, tools, and business data.\nImplement patterns such as tool calling, structured outputs, context management, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).\nContribute to agent orchestration, workflow automation, and integrations with existing software systems.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following software development best practices.\nParticipate in evaluating agent behaviour, improving output quality, and troubleshooting reliability and performance issues.\nCollaborate with senior developers on system design, architecture, and technical decisions.\nWork with multidisciplinary teams to understand client requirements and translate them into functional solutions.\nExplore emerging AI models, tools, and frameworks, and share what you learn with the team.\nTake ownership of assigned features and contribute to their delivery from development through production.\nThe ideal candidate\n3+ years of professional software development experience.\nHands-on experience developing applications using large language models, AI APIs, or agentic frameworks through professional projects or substantial independent work.\nStrong programming skills in Python and familiarity with backend development, APIs, and software integrations.\nUnderstanding of LLM concepts, prompt and context engineering, tool calling, and RAG.\nFamiliarity with modern software development practices, including version control, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.\nExperience working with cloud services or deploying applications to production.\nBuilder and tinkerer mindset with an appetite for hands-on solutions creation and solving technical challenges with initiative and resourcefulness.\nAbility to learn independently, stay up-to-date in a fast evolving technological landscape and contribute to team discussions.\nComfortable collaborating with people from different technical backgrounds and asking questions when needed.\nIntermediate or conversational French (minimum).\nWe value a strong technical foundation and demonstrated initiative. You don't need to have mastered every emerging AI framework to succeed in this role.\nYou should be proficient with\nProgramming: Python and general software development practices.\nLLM integration: Working with model APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini.\nBackend development: APIs, data exchange, external integrations, and asynchronous operations.\nTypeScript or JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks.\nAgentic concepts: Tool calling, orchestration, structured outputs, and context management.\nRetrieval: Basic RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector search.\nSoftware quality: Unit testing, debugging, Git, and code review practices.\nInfrastructure: Basic cloud deployment concepts and CI/CD workflows.\nIt's a plus if you have experience with\nAgentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar tools.\nBuilding agents or LLM-powered applications used by real users.\nModel Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-tool integrations.\nAgent
