into journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes\nCollaborate closely with developers to ensure design intent is reflected in implementation\nPresent and communicate your design rationale clearly to both clients and internal teams\nContribute to internal design reviews, support other designers, and help evolve our design standards\nStay up to date on tools, trends, and methods that elevate the craft of product design\nThe ideal candidate\nYou have 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in a consulting, agency, or tech environment.\nYou are highly efficient and autonomous, able to manage your time and priorities with minimal oversight.\nYou excel in stakeholder management, confident in meetings and capable of aligning teams around clear direction.\nYou are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and enjoy working cross-functionally.\nYou bring a strategic lens to design problems, considering both user needs and business objectives.\nYou are collaborative by nature, regularly engaging with peers to push the quality of the work.\nYou are deeply curious, with a strong interest in understanding human behavior,
