The ideal candidate can translate business requirements into technical solutions, support integration delivery across enterprise systems, and leverage AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to improve productivity, quality, documentation, and speed of delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with business analysts, IT teams, architects, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and define technical specifications. \nDesign, develop, test, and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and related middleware technologies.\nBuild and maintain APIs for internal and external consumers, ensuring they are secure, scalable, reusable, and performant.\nImplement API-led connectivity patterns, including experience, process, and system APIs where applicable.\nDevelop data transformation logic using tools such as DataWeave, JSON, XML, and SQL.\nImplement and maintain data integration processes between on-premises and cloud-based systems, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and integrity.\nTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues across APIs, middleware, applications, and connected systems.\nMonitor integration points and support optimization of integration processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.\nFollow data governance, security, compliance, and secure development standards in integration design and implementation.\nDocument integration processes, API specifications, architecture decisions, mappings, configurations, and support procedures.\nParticipate in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and support junior developers where applicable.\nStay current with integration trends, MuleSoft platform capabilities, API best practices, and emerging AI-enabled development tools.\nUse AI-assisted development tools, where appropriate, to support API specification, flow generation, DataWeave mapping, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and iterative development activities.\nSupport integrations that allow AI agents or automation workflows to securely access enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources, while following governance and compliance requirements.\nRequirements\nRequirements\nProven experience as an Integration Developer, MuleSoft Developer, API Developer, or similar role. \nHands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or similar integration platforms.\nExperience developing and consuming REST and SOAP web services.\nKnowledge of API design, API lifecycle management, and integration best practices.\nExperience working with data formats and protocols such as JSON, XML, HTTP/S, REST, SOAP, and SQL.\nFamiliarity with database systems and basic SQL queries.\nExperience with error handling, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting integration flows.\nExposure to source control and deployment practices, such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps workflows.\nExperience with testing integration solutions, including unit testing, API testing, or MUnit, is preferred.\nExperience with cloud-based integration deployments such as CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or similar environments is an advantage.\nAI-Related Experience Preferred\nExposure to AI-assisted development tools such as MuleSoft Vibes, Anypoint Code Builder, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar generative AI tools.\nFamiliarity with using AI tools to support API design, code generation, DataWeave mapping, test creation, documentation, troubleshooting, and optimization.\nBasic understanding of prompt-based development and responsible use of AI-generated outputs.\nExposure to MuleSoft AI capabilities, AI agents, agentic integration concepts, or enterprise automation workflows is highly desirable.\nFamiliarity with concepts such as enabling APIs for AI agent actions, connecting AI agents to enterprise systems, or supporting governed multi-agent workflows is an advantage.\nAwareness of MCP-enabled tools or similar agent integration frameworks is a plus, but not mandatory.\nAdditional Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMuleSoft certifications are preferred, such as:\nMuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1 and 2)\nMuleSoft Certified Integration Architect\nMuleSoft Certified Platform Architect\nExperience with Anypoint Code Builder is an advantage.\nRelevant certifications in integration platforms, cloud technologies, API management, or software development are advantageous.\nPractical exposure to AI-assisted development, AI agents, or enterprise generative AI tools is preferred.\nBenefits\nWhy join OSF Digital? \nWe are a rapidly growing team of diverse individuals passionate about performance, technology, and customer satisfaction.
