engagement.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across multiple client engagements.\n\nFacilitate customer discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution design activities.\n\nTranslate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.\n\nDefine integration strategies across enterprise platforms and third-party applications.\n\nProvidearchitectural guidance across Commerce, CRM, Customer Experience, Marketing, Service, and related Salesforce technologies.\n\nDrive technical and functional solution decisions while balancing businessobjectives, scalability, performance, security, and cost.\n\nReview solution designs and delivery outputs to ensure quality and alignment with best practices.\n\nAct as the primary technical advisor for customers, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors.\n\nSupport pre-sales activities including solution design, estimates, statements of work, and technical presentations.\n\nMentor and guide developers, consultants, and technical leads throughout project delivery.\n\nContribute to the development of delivery standards, architecture frameworks, and reusable assets.\n\nAssistin building and growing the Salesforce practice in Japan, including recruitment, mentoring, and team leadership opportunities.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nMust Have\nSignificant experienceworking within the Salesforce ecosystem in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Consultant, or similar role.\n\nProven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience.\n\nExperience leading workshops, solution design sessions, and architectural reviews.\n\nStrong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and connected business systems.\n\nStrong knowledge of solution governance, scalability, security, and performance optimization.\n\nExperience leading distributed delivery teams and managing technical delivery across complex projects.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nAbility to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.\n\nPreferred\nExperience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce Core Cloud products, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or related Salesforce solutions.\n\nExperience designing headless, composable, or omnichannel digital experiences.\n\nSalesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, B2C Commerce Architect, or other Salesforce credentials.\n\nExperience delivering projects across multiple countries, brands, or business units.\n\nUnderstanding of Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise architecture practices.\n\nExperience hiring, mentoring, or leading technical teams.\n\nLanguage Requirements\nBusiness-level Japanese (preferred).\n\nProfessional English
