With 45 locations and 2,000 clients worldwide, we build trust through innovation.\nAbout the Role\nOSF Digital’s Salesforce Solutions Architects are responsible for providing architecture strategy and design for OSF Digital clients, with a focus on Salesforce and its related integrations and technologies. Solutions Architects are also expected to help OSF Digital build specialist capabilities in relevant Salesforce fields such as CPQ, B2B, and AI.\nThis role encompasses a minimum of 80% billable utilisation, with any remaining time focused on pre-sales, internal initiatives, and contributing to high-quality, profitable service offerings. Identifying and qualifying opportunities within existing accounts will also form part of this position.\nOn a project basis, the role requires some hands-on technical involvement in addition to project leadership and client relationship management. As senior members of the team, Architects are expected to share knowledge through mentoring and coaching junior consultants.\nRequirements\nDeliver solution designs for clients that meet OSF Digital’s high standards for quality, timeliness, and profitability.\n\nContribute to requirements gathering and the creation of specifications and architectural artefacts.\n\nIdentify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the client base.\n\nProvide hands-on delivery within projects as required (development/configuration).\n\nDevelop project estimates and scope documentation.\n\nContribute to building OSF Digital’s IP and knowledge base.\n\nWork closely with internal teams to shape tools, artefacts, and the overall capability of a successful practice and market offering.\n\nSupport pre-sales activities, collaborating with the business development team.\n\nBuild strong, trusted relationships within OSF Digital’s client base.\n\nStay informed on market trends to help OSF Digital remain at the forefront of the Salesforce ecosystem.\n\nSkill Set Summary\nA technical leader, bilingual, with Salesforce experience; expertise in Core, Loyalty, or B2B would be advantageous.\n\nNative or fluent Japanese speaker preferred.\n\nStrong/professional-level English communication skills.\n\n3+ years of hands-on architecture experience.\n\n10+ years of commercial experience.\n\nProven ability to architect and deliver solutions to both large and small organisations, particularly in complex, enterprise-level environments.\n\nSalesforce Consultants and Architects are expected to hold and maintain a current Salesforce Administrator certification, in addition to any other relevant certifications (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and App Builder are particularly valuable).\n\nDemonstrated experience in consulting, stakeholder management, and project delivery.\n\nUnderstanding of CRM systems (specific Salesforce experience is highly beneficial).\n\nKnowledge of Agile frameworks and change management practices.\n\nExperience across multiple industries is advantageous.\n\nAbility to make sound recommendations based on a deep understanding of clients’ technology landscapes.\n\nExcellent documentation and communication skills.\n\nA team player who builds relationships based on trust and collaboration.\n\nGrowth mindset and continuous improvement orientation.\n\nStrong business acumen and commercial awareness.\n\nBackground in a range of integration technologies and platforms - both design and implementation.\n\nFocused on achieving outcomes with high levels of initiative and drive.\n\nExceptional client service skills; an active listener who provides clarity and solves the right problems.\n\nSelf-confident, with the ability to maintain composure and presence in high-pressure environments.\n\nFlexible and adaptable, able to apply expertise appropriately in a variety of settings.\n\nBenefits\n Why join OSF Digital?\nWe are a rapidly growing team of diverse individuals passionate about performance, technology, and customer satisfaction.
