for direct reports, helping them achieve their career goals.\nRequirements\nProven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role in IT or software consulting.\nHands-on experience with software development and documentation.\nFamiliarity with software deployment and project lifecycle management.\nMandatory experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud (Salesforce Loyalty Management), including implementation, configuration, and support of loyalty programs.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.\nAbility to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects
