feasibility and implementation of designs.\nConduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.\nCommunicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members.\nWork with client and internal team during disco very to help define collect details and guide the project from a design point of view\nExperience Required.\nGood working knowledge of Figma including design systems, auto layout, variable etc\nProven experience of e-commerce design as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.\nSkills Required:\nStrong visual design skills, with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.\nAbility to communicate and design in Japanese & English\nStrong understanding of designing for Japanese customers\nExcellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.\nKnowledge of web and mobile design standards and trends.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills.\nBasic understanding if accessibility principles\nAdditional Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is advantageous.\nFamiliarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.\nUnderstanding of Figma x AI, or other related vibe-coding experience is advantageous\nAssessment Criteria:\nVisual Design Skills: Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and
