\n2. 负责产品试产/量产/售后的所有与物料相关设计改善和供应商端的改善，监督供应商改善结果; \n3. 负责新供应商的准入及准出评审，负责供应商的月度，年度评审（现场和书面评审），并提出改善计划，建立供应商的考核和淘汰机制并监督执行; \n4. 负责制订所有物料的检验标准及可靠性测试标准，在供应商端培训我司物料标准; \n5. 负责推动来料、过程、成品不合格率的下降及良率的提升; \n6. 整理传递内外部临时发生信息（检验要求、退料要求、出货要求）并监督执行; \n7. 收集整理内部所需的生产数据、可靠性测试数据等; \n8. 负责收集、汇总各检验数据并对产品进行初始能力分析，对相关品质异常进行原因分析并制定相应的纠正/预防措施进行改善; 9. 主导量产产品生产质量检测、监控和改进，优化供应商生产运作流程以持续提升产品质量; \n10. 监控QC检验数据、工厂良率数据、工厂维修数据，进行总结分析，识别出改善机会，督促和辅导供应商进行改善，审批改善方案并监控方案改的效果; \n11. 负责开启内外方CAR/8D或品质异常单，并跟踪其改善结果; \n12. 负责对新员工及在岗员工的技能提升进行培训与考核; \n13. 完成领导交办的其它工作任务。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1.熟悉问题分析的工具和方法（如8D、5Whys，5W1H）及ISO9000/TS16949质量管理体系; \n2.有精益生产、全面质量管理、6sigma、MES经验，理解并可以熟练运用FMEA、SPC、Cpk、QCP、MSA等质量工具;
