Our range of research & development, engineering, prototype manufacturing, test & validation, and low-rate production capability help our customers bring their high-quality products to market faster.\nJOB SUMMARY:\nThis role requires more independent assembly, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with some mentoring or Level 1 technicians.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.\nAssemble more complex prototype components and subassemblies with minimum supervision.\nTroubleshoot and resolve assembly issues, identifying root causes.\nPerform advanced quality checks and tests on assembled prototypes.\nCollaborate and provide feedback to engineering teams.\nAssist with training Level 1 technicians.\nWork independently while maintaining safety and quality standards. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\n2-5 years of experience in manual assembly.\nHigh school diploma or GED required.
