This position analyzes account activity, identifies payment trends and collection risks, resolves complex receivable issues, and partners with internal and external customers to improve cash flow, optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and maintain positive customer relationships.\nYOUR IMPACT:\nAccounts Receivable & Portfolio Management\nManage an assigned global accounts receivable portfolio of up to $15 million with moderate to minimal supervision.\nProactively monitor account activity, aging reports, and payment trends to identify delinquent balances and potential collection risks.\nExecute collection strategies to secure timely customer payments, reduce past-due receivables, and optimize cash flow and DSO.\nContact customers to confirm invoice receipt, resolve payment discrepancies, obtain payment commitments, and address delinquent balances. Maintain accurate account documentation, including collection notes, customer communications, payment commitments, and dispute resolution activities.\nAccount Resolution & Business Support\nInvestigate and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies, billing issues, short payments, and other barriers to payment by coordinating with appropriate internal departments.\nIdentify recurring collection challenges and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and improve collection effectiveness.\nFacilitate customer credit card and ACH transactions for assigned business units in accordance with established procedures and controls.\nAssist with the whole goods titling process, as needed.\nProcess Improvement & Compliance\nFollow established credit and collections policies, procedures, and internal controls.\nMaintain accurate records and support reporting requirements, audits, and other requests related to accounts receivable activities.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n3 to 5 years of related experience in commercial accounts receivable management, or business-to-business collections.\nSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency using a PC and standard business software applications (including Microsoft Office).\nExperience with advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.\nWorking knowledge of AS400-based enterprise platforms or equivalent ERP systems.\nPay Range:\n$46,300.00 - $71,300.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
