Exposure to a wide range of software and hardware skillsets within an onsite support team. Focus on problem solving incidents and documented repeatable tasks.\nYOUR IMPACT\nThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.\nFollow documented software installations and hardware configurations.\nBuild upon troubleshooting skillset addressing problematic incidents.\nExposure to Digital Technology Incident and Requests ticketing system.\nDevelop communication skills through daily interaction with end user populations.\nContribute to a favorable working climate through a friendly manner and cooperative attitude within a technology team.\nFollow established departmental and other required procedures.\nWillingly assist others as necessary to meet deadlines.\nUnderstand the requirements and expectations within a team environment and end user population that relies upon that support structure.\nLearn to meet timelines while adhering to establish standards and level of service.\nOther duties as assigned.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nStudent pursuing a degree focusing on Digital/Information Technology.\nThis is a summer internship with the potential of being extended year-round. The individual must be willing to commute or relocate to Spartanburg, SC to be considered.\nGraduation date on or after May 2027 with the ability to work 20 hours a week during the school year and 40 hours a week over winter/summer breaks\nCompleted at least Sophomore year coursework (or equivalent)\nSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS\nCumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.\nExperience and aptitude with computer software installations and both desktop/laptop hardware.\nCustomer service or support experience.\nPay Range:\n$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
